Keep gridlines in sheets when downloading as pdf

Are these threads useful for your situation? I am able to see those gridlines faintly in the screenshot. Is this grid lines made up of polylines? If yes then try to delete them so that the grid is no more part of the drawing. Those gridlines are part from your pdf file!! Likes gladly accepted. When I try deleting the grid individually, the image is also deleted.

I have attached the drawing. Actually the pdf is made of multiple boxes of images. So when the PDF is imported it shows up as a grid. I tried that already, and it is still showing up as a grid. And I am still yet to get a response from him. I don't how you are doing it. If you can explain the procedure I can let know where you are going wrong.
